The Culinary Arts program will give you an opportunity to learn through hands on experience. Its our purpose at Bath Regional Career and Technical Center to provide you with those skills you will need to succeed in today’s increasingly competitive job market.
What does Culinary Arts have to offer me?
You have spent the last ten years of your life learning how to read and write. You have also learned arithmetic and science. Don't you think its time that you put what you've learned into practice? Bath Regional Career and Technical Center wants to give you a chance to take what you've learned and apply it to real life job experiences. You should consider your future career goals carefully. It is predicted that you will change your career six or more times during your working life. BRCTC can provide you with the skills you will need to be a competitive candidate for a job in the culinary industry. In order to be successful in this program you need to have a positive attitude, have regular daily attendance, show respect and tolerance for others in a fast pace kitchen setting, and have basic math and English skills.
